A typical Owen story.

"Oh, no! She found me. What's she going to do?"

"I knew this was naughty, but I thought if I was really quiet about it I might get away with it. Shoot."

Mom surveys the damage and tries to decide whether to cry or laugh.

"Come on, Mom, I'm a sweet boy. And this wasn't as bad as the flour bucket I dumped all over the kitchen, played in, and tracked all over the house last week. It's only ONE tube of toothpaste and I had the good sense enough to do it in the tub instead of on your bed!"

Mom bursts into laughter, gets her camera, and then makes Owen help her clean it all up!

Grandma's Easter Egg Hunt!

Grandma brought her Easter Egg Hunt to our house this year. It wasn't warm, but the kids didn't care. We are having one sugar-filled weekend, that's for sure!

HAPPY EASTER!

We invited the Easter Bunny a day early this year. Here are some just-woke-up kids hunting for eggs around the house. Needless to say, they had eggs for breakfast (the chocolate kind) ... and eventually some cereal.

Birthday Boys!

Owen turned TWO in February (and he is definitely acting his age lately!) He's a big, busy boy who couldn't wait 'til the end of "Happy Birthday" to blow out his candles ... he blew them out as we all sang the very first note of the song.

Sam turned FOUR in March, and had an amazing birthday. He took some of his best buddies to McDonalds for lunch, got lots of great toys, and had another party with the whole family that night (and of course, more toys) ... what more could a 4-year old want? His smile says it.
